Recently, Naughty Nuri's organized an exhilarating ‘Now Everyone Can Eat’ event which took place at Naughty Nuri’s in SS15 Subang Courtyard. It was an impressive assemblage of more than 500 participants, comprising ribs-loving students and professionals partaking in the Biggest Ribs Eating Event where hundreds of their Signature BBQ Spare Ribs were doled out for patrons to devour. It was truly a sight to behold seeing attendees bring along their favourite plates, of different aesthetics and hues to enjoy the free, succulent, ‘Probably The Best Ribs in the World’.

As the festivities reached its crescendo, Naughty Nuri’s introduced the ‘Stand By You’ (SBY) Campaign to its participants who braved through to the end of the event. They walked away gleaming with happiness and with a ‘Stand By You’ BY ALL ACCESS pass in hand, which grants them any dishes from the ‘Stand By You’ campaign menu at any time, within the three months duration from March 1 to May 31, 2018. 

3 Dishes Per Week

1st to 8th April 2018 

Given the current turbulent economic situation, the ‘Stand By You’ campaign is an approach to show that Naughty Nuri’s stands alongside, cares and has its patron’s backs. On the contrary of increasing the price of dishes, it is significantly lowered for THREE DISHES on a WEEKLY BASIS so customers won’t have to dent their bank accounts to enjoy Naughty Nuri’s delights.

This campaign will feature three varieties of ever-changing fare, including Naughty Nuri’s signature items such as ‘Ayam Bertutu’, ‘Indonesian-style Nasi Goreng Sambal Kambing’, ‘Roast Pork Salad’ and newcomers, ‘Black Ribs Rendang’, ‘Beef Rendang’, ‘Roast Pork Curry Mee’ and many more. Hold on to your seats because the price of these dishes stoops as low as RM8 to RM 15 on a weekly basis for the span of three months. This campaign commences on March 1 to May 31, 2018.

I was invited to check this promotional menu for the #StandByYou campaign and here are some of the highly recommended dishes you should try when dining at Naughty Nuri's during this three months.

 

  Balinese Ayam Bertutu

RM 15

Balinese Braised Ayam Bertutu in Naughty Nuri's style served with caramelised onion rice, Acar Awak, Sambal Hijau and Sambal Dadakan.

Just check out the portion for the chicken in my picture above. The serving was pretty generous and I was basically enjoying every piece of the spicy, well-marinated and fragrant Ayam Bertutu all the time. Definitely one of the TOP PICK MUST EAT items in my list for Naughty Nuri's!

 Indonesian Style Mee Goreng

Stir Fried Mee Goreng with mixed vegetables, onions, chillies, sliced pork belly and Balinese black sauce accompanied with the special roast pork. 

Maggi Goreng lovers will be head over heels with this pork-licious  Indonesian Style Mee Goreng. Loaded with lots of ingredients which is mostly pork and more pork such as sliced pork belly and roasted pork on the side. This is one of the most lavish mee goreng I ever eaten comparing to those mamaks!

  

Asian Roast Pork Burger

RM 15

Special charcoal burger bun, stuffed with homemade crispy skin roast pork belly topped with lettuce, tomatoes, onion rings, Served with Asian BBQ sea-coconut mayo with french fries on the side. 

The chefs at Naughty Nuri's taking the burger dish to greater heights by serving a whole piece of  crispy skin roast pork belly, much to the satisfaction of the roasted pork lovers. It can get a little messy trying to chow down this enormous pork belly which is wider than the jaw, so I just took them apart to cut and slice them trying to be lady-like with fork and knife!

  

  Wah Tusuk Babi

RM 12

Pork Belly skewers which are marinated for 12 hours with the Ubud-inspired sweet sauce and char-grilled to a nice char. These juicy pork belly in skewers will goes well for those looking for more fats than lean meat in the pork. These little small bites sure goes well with icy cool beer on a hot day.

Daughter took time to shoot the single skewer of the Wah Tusuk Babi and the oil was practically dripping out the grill to perfection pork belly. This is strictly for those real solid pork fat lovers. Enjoy more porkiness with the dark dipping sauce for the extra kick!

Naughty Nuri's Pork Loin

More porkiness arrive from StandByYou menu in the form of char-grilled Naughty Nuri's Pork Loin. The lean pork loin was first marinated before grilled to perfection and served with the dark dipping sauce which is the same with Wah Tusuk Babi.

Just check out those nicely charred sections of the pork loin. It was nicely grilled while preserving it's juiciness and not too dry too. 

  

 Beef Rendang

RM 15

Beef Rendang in Naughty Nuri's style served with caramelised onion rice, Acar Awak, Sambal Hijau and Sambal Dadakan. Loved the beef chuck with Indonesian spice paste, coconut milk, and lemongrass yields an amazingly tender, rich dish that's great with the aromatic onion rice.  

Lavender Crispy Pork Salad

RM 15

Deep Fried pulled pork ribs with mix salad accompanied with cucumber, pineapples, longan with an in-house fruity lavender dressing. 

Last but not least, is the Lavender Crispy Pork Salad.... Mmmm, this is has a sweet fruity base dressing which didn't goes too well with my palate. I like my salad dressing either be savoury or sourish in flavour, rather than sweet.

Nevertheless, if you like this kind of sweet sauce with your greens together with the crispy deep-fried pulled pork ribs, perhaps you can give it a try and give me your verdict on this dish!
