Thanks to a wonderful invitation, my hubby and I were invited to indulge in a unique dining experience by Le Petit Chef paired with Somersby Sparkling White at Elements in TREC KL ~ TREC Kuala Lumpur (Taste, Relish Experience, Celebrate) is the city’s largest entertainment centre located at Jalan Tun Razak Kuala Lumpur.

The all-new Somersby Sparkling White sparked joy among cider lovers in Malaysia following its introduction of product innovation in the cider world - a semi-sweet refreshing cider with a taste of white wine. Full of tingling live bubbles, this golden-hued cider exhibits a fruity white wine aroma and is a perfect alternative to white wine or champagne.  

Following a partnership between Somersby and Le Petit Chef, Malaysians can now indulge a dining experience that heightens their five senses – sight, sound, taste, smell and touch paired with Somersby’s newly launched variant, Sparkling White. Easy on the palate, the Somersby Sparkling White makes a good aperitif any time of the day and is best paired with seafood, white meat, ham and cheese.

Foodie and cider lovers will be thrilled to savour a four-course meal prepared by Le Petit Chef also known as The World’s tiniest chef now available at Elements, TREC KL all while savouring Somersby Sparkling White.

This innovative dining affair aims to excite guests via an immersive projection mapping display as they watch Le Petit Chef prepare their meals igniting one’s sight and sound senses. A unique experience with an immersive yet innovative dining experience with 'The World's Smallest Chef'.

An impressive display of sight sound & amazing food by Michelin-Starred Chef Jeff Ramsey, this is one experience no one should miss. We sipped and savoured a chilled glass of Sparkling White beautifully paired with our meals for that elegant experience which elevated our tastebuds!

Our 4-Course Meal started off with First Course of Soup ~ Bouillabaisse featuring a rich-tasting prawn bisque served with sea bream, Hokkaido scallops, Venus clam with crab and Citrus Beurre Blanc.

Our second course was Tail Spin Lobster which consists of Butter roasted Maine Lobster, lemongrass Sabayon and Corn Polenta cake.

Next came on to the table was the Main Course of Roasted Aged Chicken Breast ~ A flavoursome chicken breast served with Truffle chicken jus and Vegetable Pot Au Feu.

My hubby opted for the choice of beef as his main course. He was served Le Beouf ~ featuring A5 Wagyu Beef With Bordelaise sauce, Pommes al a Robuchon, Charred Broccoli.

To complete our tasting experience, we had a dessert of Milk & Caramel Fantasy ~ features Malted Vanilla Ice Cream with caramelized milk, Aerated Valrhona 70% dark chocolate with strawberry orange blossom sauce.
