This Prosperity Treasure Pot or popularly known as Poon Choy was designed by its culinary team under the tutelage of Chinese Chef Patrick Ng.

Halal Poon Choy Set
Rejoicing the festive, Grand BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam is ushering the year of the rooster by introducing Halal Poon Choy Set. Poon Choy is a traditional Chinese dish once common through China and served in a large wooden, porcelain or a metal basins due to the communal style of consumption. There will be two packages of Poon Choy which are Package A priced at RM798.00+ and Package B priced at RM1188.00+.

Pricing started from as low as RM40.00+ to RM360.00+, this Yee Sang menu is suitable for a minimum of 2 persons per order.

Available from 3rd January 2017 until 15th February 2017, all of this exquisite cuisine will be served daily for lunch at 11.30am until 2.30pm and dinner at 6.30pm till 10.30pm at Tung Yuen Chinese Restaurant, Level 1.
Further serving with varieties, Golden Prosperity CNY Set Menu is wonderfully for family and company gathering or simply with friends or business associates. Begin with price as low as RM888.00+ (Menu 1), RM1228.00+ (Menu 2) and RM1688.00+ (Menu 3). The set menus are available for 10 persons per table by early reservation.
