Dear Loyal Customers of Lao Ping Hokkien Mee,

Greetings to all.

It is with deep sorrow that I inform you that the founder of this establishment—my beloved father—passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 13, 2025. The loss of a cherished family member has brought immense grief, and we sincerely apologize for not being able to notify everyone personally.

From this point forward, my mom (Lao Ping’s widow) and I will humbly take over my father’s legacy and continue the journey he began.

With a heart full of gratitude, we will strive to uphold the values and spirit he instilled in Lao Ping Hokkien Mee—doing our best to preserve and share the beloved flavors he crafted. Though he has left us, our mission remains unchanged: to serve each of you with sincerity and dedication. Should there be any shortcomings in service, I sincerely ask for your patience and understanding.
