In a unique three-storey standalone building adjacent to the Rafflesia Ballroom at Palm Garden Hotel, Madam Lee Nyonya Private Dining offers a semi-fine concept infused with cultural charm. The new menu continues to honor classic Nyonya favorites while introducing five new Malay-style cooking methods: Masak Lemak Minangkabau, Masak Kicap, Bakar Bakar, Sambal Cili Api, and Goreng Berempah.
