Auntie Lilly had a real cheesy affair last week at RT Pastry SS15 Subang outlet to witness the launch of Fonterra Foodservices Malaysia's second phase of its successful "Anchor Say Cheese" Campaign!
"Anchor Say Cheese" Campaign is a collaboration between Fonterra Foodservice Malaysia with RT Pastry to incorporate Anchor's products to introduce an exclusive assortment of Anchor-branded desserts across the country at all RT Pastry branches.
The Chef's Signature Series is a first of it's kind in the market specially created by Fonterra's own in-house patisserie chefs using only top quality real butter, cream cheese, milk and cream from its highly popular Anchor range. Be prepared to indulge in these limited edition decadent treats on a sweet and cheesy gastronomic journey of its kind this July.
Customers can now expect the new range of cheese-infused desserts at selected bakeries across the country, with the first roll out in Klang Valley at all RT Pastry branches. Desserts lovers will be tempted with Chef's Signature Series - selection of desserts with the European themed and feature delicious sweet breads as well.
Auntie Lilly was pretty excited to embark on a sweet heavenly gastronomic journey tasting four of the "Anchor Say Cheese" Campaign signature creations - the First Love, the Lady Marmalade, the Cheeznie and last but not least, the Almond Rosa.
First Love
The First Love - a soft bread with brown sugar and cream cheese filing in the centre lightly sprinkled with brown sugar for that added crunch and flavour.
Lady Marmalade
Lady Marmalade – sweet bread filled with orange cream cheese filling topped with the orange candied peel.
Almond Rosa
Almond Rosa - A soft classic almond butter sponge cake with a nutty taste, layered with a rich layer of cream cheese in between.
Cheeznie
Cheeznie - A perfect combination of cheese and chocolate. Two delectable layers of decadent chocolate walnut brownies with generous cream cheese layers in the middle.
Speaking at the launch of anchor Say Cheese campaign at Rt Pastry, Ms. Linda Tan, Head of Fonterra Foodservices, pointed out that the reason behind the campaign was to delight customers with Anchor's finest range of products. Anchor, a leading brand by Fonterra, is made from the freshest dairy produce from New Zealand and in Malaysia, it is available via the Foodservices and retail channel.

"As customers are becoming more discerning, they are looking for more exclusive products to indulge in. This is our way of bringing our Anchor brand directly to the consumers in the most experiental way. Our bakery partners are highly supportive and have been long-term users of our anchor products, and this will also showcase their commitment to bringing only the best to their customers," said Ms. Linda Tan.
Their theme for the year is "Connecting With Loved Ones" and what a better way to spend time with people we love most and sweeten the celebrations than over some delicious desserts!
These exclusive Anchor's signature creations are available at selected bakeries throughout the country from now until December 2016. Customers also receive the limited edition Anchor spoon with every purchase of two boxes of Anchor's signature desserts. Get your tasty desserts and cute little heart- shaped spoon at RT Pastry bakeries if you're residing around the Klang Valley.
The pricing for the desserts varies according to the bakeries. the bread selction is available from RM3.20 onwards per piece and the cake selection is available from RM6.90 onwards per piece.
