I'm a bread lover and naturally whenever I'm abroad; I will definitely go in search looking out for my favourite brand of healthy wholegrain bread or buns to eat every day. So currently, MAXIM'S CAKE LAB Hong Kong Maxim’s Cakes 美心西餅, it's my favourite Bread, Buns, Cakes and Pastries Shop In Hong Kong.

My all-time favourite super yummy and healthy bread I can every single day has to be their great-tasting healthy Organic Cereal Bread With Walnuts priced at HK$ 17.50 only.

I can practically eat this every single day, so fragrant and soft, made from Multi Grain Flour (Rye, Wheat, Linseed, Soybean Flour With Rice Bran Oil) and I love the bits of Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds + Walnuts in Every Bite!

Oh yes, the best part is that this bakery is just a mere 5 mins walk from home and I get to eat yummy freshly baked Croissants (called "Ngau Kok Pau" in Cantonese for the Hong Kong people) with my coffee.

Do you know that 'Ngau Kok Pau' is loosely translated to English meaning 'Cow's Horn Bun'? Such a funny name for Croissant, I'm having a challenging time in Hong Kong learning and picking up these names in Cantonese for their food, places, beverages and just about anything under the sun!

Hongkongers love buns and bread, so you'll find similar bakeries on every corner of town, — especially in shopping malls, MTR stations, and shops beneath public housing.
