The KFC Self Collect Service is now enhanced with greater convenience, accessibility, and safety with the introduction of Pandu Ambil - a new curbside collection service which makes getting your favourite fried chicken even easier. 

KFC Pandu Ambil is a super simple way to order KFC online and have it brought to your car. Now available at over 150 KFC stores nationwide and expanding to 250 stores by year-end, Pandu Ambil is an extension of the popular KFC Self Collect service which was first introduced in early 2019, allowing customers to select their preferred time and outlet for quick pick-up-and-go service. 

A fast, safe, and contactless experience, Pandu Ambil is set to further boost KFC’s Self Collect popularity and be the choice way to order and enjoy your KFC on-the-go. Simply download the KFC App or go to KFC.com.my, choose ‘Self Collect’, select your preferred restaurant based on your location, place your order and select ‘Pandu Ambil’ at check out. Then confirm your car details and you are ready to go. Drive to your selected KFC restaurant, look out for the allocated Pandu Ambil parking bay, turn-on your signal lights and a KFC service staff will deliver your order to your car - safely and conveniently.

With this Self Collect ‘Pandu Ambil’ service, customers don’t have to step out of their vehicles. Orders will be delivered to your car by our staff who have been trained on the increased safety measures, hygiene standards and social distancing measures we have put in place,” said Angelina Villanueva, Chief Marketing Officer of KFC Malaysia. 


Here’s How It Works:
  • Download and register via the KFC Malaysia App or KFC.com.my
  • Choose Self Collect, select collection store, date and time, then add your orders to cart 
  • Select Pandu Ambil upon checkout and key in your car number plate 
  • Collect from the selected store by parking at the Pandu Ambil parking lot and we’ll bring your order to you
