Hilton Kuala Lumpur’s Tang dynasty style restaurant, Chynna presents 'What’s The Catch', a seafood feast that serves various oceanic delights in mouth-watering oriental styles by Chef Lam. Featuring assorted seafood from both local and international coasts, the seafood feast takes the culinary experience up a notch with freshly-sourced king crab, mud crab and abalone, all cooked in traditional Chinese methods to tantalize the most discerning taste buds. 

The red king crab or the Alaskan king crab is the most sought-after crab species from the Pacific Ocean and grows to a leg-span of 1.8 meters. The king crab’s flesh is sweet, moist and rich which makes it a seasonal favourite. Guests will be able to savour Wok Grilled Alaskan King Crab, where the chef will prepare them with a smoking hot wok to capture its oceanic and sea-salty flavour. Paired with a special in-house chilli milk dipping sauce, this dish will be irresistible for seafood connoisseurs to taste the natural sweetness of the snow-white crab meat with a tang of spiciness. 

In addition to the Alaska king crab, guests can enjoy Stewed 3-Head Abalone with Black Truffle Pumpkin Puree cooked with white truffle oil and an array of Chinese-style mud crab dishes, which include Batter Fried Crab with Salted Egg Yolk, Durian Crab with Cheese, Sichuan Mala Crab and more. The restaurant also serves a special meat dish, 48-hours Simmered Wagyu Beef Cheek with Chinese Aged Wine to add to the delectable dining experience. 

Available from 15 October – 30 November 2020, the What’s the Catch promotion is priced from RM138 Nett. Chynna is open for lunch on weekdays from 12pm – 2:30pm and weekends from 11am – 2:30pm; dinner on weekdays from 6:30pm – 10pm and weekends from 6:30pm – 10:30pm.
