Met The Amazing Chefs For Ramadhan Buffet 2018 At The RITZ-CARLTON Kuala Lumpur
This year, The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur is pleased to present its inaugural Festive Feast in conjunction with the fasting month. The chefs at The Cobalt Room will be cooking up a stellar showcase of signature dishes representative of the 13 states in Malaysia and in addition to that, Middle Eastern specialities.
Malay cuisine varies from one state to another, so the opportunity to sample famous delicacies from all over Peninsular Malaysia under one roof is a mouthwatering experience not to be missed. Diners can sample these traditional dishes at The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur, thanks to the vast knowledge of its Executive Chef Chad-Jan Neuman.
Executive Chef Chad-Jan Neuman and his team will showcase their culinary skills in the form of an exquisite buffet experience, taking guests on a gastronomic journey through colourful Malaysia. The palates will enjoy flavourful signature dishes from Perlis to Penang, Kelantan to Terengganu, Malacca to Johor and all the way east to Sabah and Sarawak.
Relish in well-known dishes from each state such as Asam Pedas Ikan Tenggiri from Malacca, Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak from Pahang, Laksa from Kedah, Nasi Kerabu from Terengganu, Penang Rojak and more.
