Every satisfying meal should ends with a sweet ending like having this Chilled Chrysanthemum Jelly With Mixed Fruits. I like the slight hint of bitterness in the chilled Chrysanthemum jelly, which I believe Chef Yip has used a good grade of the fragrant yellow flower for the dessert. Refreshing to the palate, the mixed fruit of strawberries, honey dew and dragon fruits giving out the sweet and sour taste to the dessert.
