There will be an interesting meal with a variety of turkey, beef, lamb, chicken and seafood dishes to satisfy the cravings of meat lovers. The mastermind behind the delectable festive-themed buffet spread is Executive Chef Zaffar Samad and Head Pastry Chef Nazeri Ismail both leading the Ritz-Carlton team.

Helming the pastry section for the festive dessert, Head Pastry Chef Nazeri Ismail did a fascinating job with his impressive display of 🎄🎄 Valrhona Chocolate Christmas Tree 🎄🎄 which took him many hours to make. It was too pretty to eat and in fact, everyone did not have the heart to cut or eat from the chocolate Christmas tree on display during the tasting session.
