The flavourful gravy, mixed with ginger and scallions, is the real star—you'll want to drench your rice in it. 

PRO TIP: We made a special request to Chef Foo for more meat than fish head, and he was happy to oblige! At RM 70, the portion was huge and perfect for two or three of us to share. So worth it!
