Singapore is known for its seafood and is a relatively new restaurant that is  Founded in 2018, Scaled By Ah Hua Kelong is the brainchild of co-founder Wong Jing Kai, and it is the first fish farmer-owned restaurant in Singapore that serves locally-farmed seafood. Chef Ron, the other co-founder, has crafted original local-inspired recipes that use the handpicked produce from Ah Hua Kelong, a floating farm located at Changi and Sembawang.

Ah Hua Kelong is home to various seafood, including seabass, pearl grouper, golden pomfret, green-lipped mussels, and other wild-caught seafood. The farm rears this seafood to its prime before being harvested. In addition to supplying seafood to their own restaurant, Ah Hua Kelong also distributes it to other local franchise chains.
