Hi Everyone! Happy Cooking for Auntie Lilly again. Auntie is excited to share one of my personal favourites mixed vegetable dish ~ CHAU LUP-LUP or MIXED VEGETABLES Recipe with all the foodie fans out there.

You may wonder why called 'Chau Lup-Lup? It's because every single ingredient is cut into small cubes and in Cantonese is called 'Lup-Lup' means small cubes in size or portion while 'Chau' practically means to fry in Cantonese. Read more for Full Recipe!

Time Honoured Family Recipe

Anyone tried this "Lup-Lup" dish before? An easy to cook dish as this is an all-in-one colourful, healthy and delicious mixed vegetable dish where you just pan-fry all the ingredients and mixed them together; seasoned well with sauces and voila, it's ready to be served... Simple as that!

Time Honoured Family Recipe ~ This comforting dish is my family heritage recipe and cooked by my late mom and my hubby's grandma all the time. My hubby's Popo may not be around anymore but her recipe lives on with us and now her granddaughter-in-law is cooking it for her great-grandchildren to savour. So I'm leaving this recipe on the blog for my daughters and son to cook too!

The dish is savoury and salty with the addition of Dried Shrimp and Choy Po which adds up the saltiness to this yummy dish. Skip the salt, if don't want it too salty.
