“Personally, I would love to recommend the Roasted Whole turkey (weight about 6kg) with stuffing Glazed root vegetables- carrot, radish and candied sweet potato; Giblet sauce and cranberry jelly, Slow Roast NZ Sirloin of beef Onion quiche, potatoes and vegetable garnish Black peppercorn jus and béarnaise, Vol Au Vin – Mushroom Ragout, Classic Lasagna Au Forno- Chicken, Traditional X’ Mas Puddings- with Vanilla sauce, Dark chocolate yule log, Minced pie, Stollen and Panettone. These are few of the traditional Christmas items which we will be serving during the Christmas buffet”.
