For a light bite, vegetable items such as spring onion, zuchini, ladies fingers, King oyster mushroom, capsicum and brinjal are excellent choices for refreshing grills that brings in the summer cheer.

Oh yes, should the flames slow down on your roaster, you can request for a fresh supply of charcoal, which burns cleanly to create a smoke-free process. Apart from that, you can also change the grilling platter if yours are blacken or burnt.

Yasai Itame (Mixed Stir-fried Vegetable), Yaki Udon, Chahan (Fried Rice), Meat Egg Rolls

Interestingly, diners can enjoy their yakiniku (barbecue) with fried rice, noodles or stir-fried vegetables.

Of course, there are also delicious housemade sauces as a barbecue dinner will not be complete without them. Pick from ponzu, spicy miso and chilli as dipping sauces for your grilled food items. As for me, the meat was thoroughly well-marinated, and good enough to eat right off the grill, without any of the three sauces on offer. But if you areally like sauce to go with your grilled meat, I would recommend you to try Rocku's Spicy Miso!
