During the month of Ramadhan, St Giles The Gardens – Grand Hotel & Residences offers delicious buffet delicacies at new and revitalized The Spread situated at Level 6 of the hotel. It is the best time to tuck into more than 100 dishes of your favourite Iftar buffet delights specially created for this holy month.

The Spread will be taking you through a journey of Iftar Buffet Delights from 22nd June till 13th July 2015 from 7.00pm till 10.30pm daily offering selections of dishes served by grilled station, carving station, stalls, barbeque station, Indian food corner and others.

Fresh Greens of Kampung Ulam

Staying true to classic kampung flavours is an offering of ulam and kerabu favourites such as Kerabu kacang botol (four-angle beans) among others. After breaking fast with Arab dates and Malay kuih, guests can authentic kampung fare as well as contemporary dishes.

Another highlight was the Japanese section offering freshly made sushi and sashimi. Diners were seen making a beeline at the section and the chefs manning this station are kept busy making an assortment of Japanese sushi, maki rolls and serving up sashimi with a choice of salmon shake, tuna maguro and butterfish.

  

If raw fish is not to your liking, fret not as this buzzing station has Chuka Kurage (Seasoned Jellyfish), Chuka Sazae (Seasoned Snail), Kimchi and seaweed too.

You can choose from a variety of ice cream flavours ranging from vanilla, chocolate, strawberry to the more exotic such as matcha, black sesame or even the wasabi. The chef will fry the ice cream on the froze or chill granite top with your selection of ice cream with your toppings of chocolate chips, nuts and colourful mixed chips for added crunch and flavour.
