In conjunction with the Holy Month of Ramadhan, Première Hotel celebrates a nostalgic Hari Raya, aptly themed 'Memori Bersama Tan Sri P. Ramlee' by offering a unique blend of traditional Malay cuisine infused with local and Mediterranean flavours such as Ketam Masak Kari, Siput Sedut Masak Lemak Betik Muda, Ikan Patin Masak Lemak Tempoyak, Ayam Percik Kota Laksamana and Daging Rendang Tok among others.

Senior Sous Chef Mohd Rosnan has come up with a menu to bring back tasty dishes that remind diners of good old meals from the kampung together with the legend favourites dishes such as Ketam Masak Kari, Asam Laksa and Ikan Goreng.

Mouth-Watering Ramadhan Temptation

Diners can look forward to feasting on mouth-watering and sumptuous delights, daily from June 18 to July 15, 2015. Look out for signature dishes from the rotation menu such as Sup Rusa Rawan, Roasted Whole Lamb marinated with Persian Spices, Daging Rendang Tok, Ayam Percik Kota Laksamana  and many more all-time Malay favourites.

With a combination of sweet, sour, savoury and spicy flavours, diners will be spoiled for choice with the buffet menu.

Fasting month is a time when people may want to try something new and nasi ulam is worth a taste. It can be eaten with various other dishes served at the buffet table with the signature dishes.

Daging Rendang Tok

Daging Rendang Tok is a must-try at the buffet for it was really delicious with its tender chunky beef slices, rich in flavour and taste. Sauce is absolutely great to be eaten with rice, ketupat or lemang.

Udang Galah Masak Sambal Petai

Prawn lovers are in for a treat here with Udang Galah Masak Sambal Petai. Fresh and succulent big size live prawns are used to cook this savoury spicy dish. Petai fans like me was happily savouring all the petai with the flavourful sauce eaten with my nasi ulam.

Ikan Patin Masak Lemak Tempoyak Timun Tua

Ikan Patin Masak Lemak Tempoyak Timun Tua, on the other hand is a unique dish that require an acquired taste to eat. Those who loves tempoyak (fermented durian) will gladly have it but for those who cannot stand the smell and flavour will simply would not touch it.

Do not miss out eating this dish, Chef Rosnan did an excellent job cooking the Ketam Masak Kari. Diners will enjoy the fresh taste of the crabs cook with fresh herbs and spices, to bring out the natural flavour of the crustacean dish.

The Ramadhan Buffet's pricing and promotion are as follows:
  • From 18 June to 21 June 2015 and 13 July to 15 July 2015, the Ramadhan Buffet is priced at RM82 nett (Adult) or RM73 nett for Golden Citizens and children between the ages of 6 to 12.
  • From 19 June to 12 July 2015, the Ramadhan Buffet is priced at RM103 nett (Adult) or RM73 nett for Golden Citizens and children between the ages of 6 – 12.
  • For Group Purchase, per Booklet costs RM 1030 nett (10 vouchers FREE 1 voucher)
