The Moroccan Food Festival will be officiated by Madam Awal Arifi, Deputy Head of Mission from the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Kuala Lumpur. The promotion supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Kuala Lumpur.

I was honoured to be invited for the Official Launch of the promotion followed by a dinner reception highlighting Moroccan cuisine by the  Moroccan Guest Chef Gari Abdel from Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche.

To add authenticity to the food festival, the hotel has invited a Moroccan Guest Chef Gari Abdel from Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche for diners to have a taste of authentic Moroccan cuisine. Chef Gari prepared dishes such as Shorba Khodar with Lemon, Artichoke Violet M'charmel, Gambas Mcharmel, a variety of tanjin, just to name a few for its diners to have a taste of Morocco.
