I'm back at Bijan Bar & Restaurant ~ Fine Malay Cuisine and this time to review their Ramadan Buffet Menu for 2017. As Ramadhan is just around the corner and for Bijan's tradition, Chef Shawal and his culinary team have planned some great menus for this holy month.

Staying true to their theme 'Selera Warisan Negeri', Chef Shawal will be taking diners through a food heritage journey celebrating all types of Malaysian dishes from north to south of the country. This year's buffet comprises of 4 rotating menus based on the 4 regions in Malaysia - North, South, East and Central, showcasing unique and iconic dishes that even some Malaysians have not tasted.

The mains focused on unique and family heritage dishes such as Kerutup Itik, Asam Pedas Daging Tetel, Gulai Daging Umbut Pisang, Udang Tempoyak Masak Petai and much more, stirring up fulfilling memories of some almost forgotten dishes of yesteryear recipes handed down from the generations.

Bijan's 'Selera Warisan Negeri' Buffet is available from 29th May to 23rd June 2017 from 7pm to 9:30pm. There are 4 specially tailored menus in rotation basis for the buffet spread. 

Priced RM 110++ per person, with SPECIAL EARLY BIRDS PROMOTION AT RM100Nett per person.
