This year, guests can enjoy a sumptuous buffet dinner at Dorsett Hartamas Kuala Lumpur, celebrating the rich heritage, warmth, and diversity of traditional Malay and Nusantara cuisines. The experience is enhanced through a collaboration with Celebrity Chef Dato’ Chef Ismail, working together with Chef Ahmad, Head Chef of Table Talk. They present a curated selection of Dato’ Chef Ismail’s signature dishes, skillfully prepared and highlighted by the Table Talk culinary team.

This ode to heritage is showcased through recipes and genuine home-style flavors. The buffet offers an extensive selection of dishes, including fresh appetizers, traditional Ulam-Ulaman, hearty main courses, live-action stalls, and indulgent desserts. It is beautifully complemented by a live performance from Sam Miguel Entertainment, creating a cozy, harmonious atmosphere throughout the dinner.
The experience starts with a colorful selection of Pembuka Selera, including various Kerabu such as Kerabu Mangga, Kerabu Makanan Laut, Kerabu Daging, and Acar Buah, all paired with Gado-Gado and Traditional Jeruk.
A diverse range of Sambal Tradisi, Ulam-Ulaman Desa, Salads, and condiments rounds out the authentic kampung-style dining experience.
Seafood lovers will enjoy choices from Blue Ocean, which include smoked salmon and fresh seafood on ice. Meanwhile, warming dishes like Sup Buntut Sapi, Bubur Lambok, and Mushroom Soup are available at the warung sup & bubur.
The spotlight of the buffet lies in its signature main dishes by Dato’ Chef Ismail, including Nasi Briyani Kambing, Ayam Penyet, Gulai Ayam with Nangka Muda, Daging Rendang Padang, Kari Ketam Bunga, Pais Ikan Berulam, Rawon, Gulai Tanjung, Sate Madura, Badak Berendam Tepung Pulut Hitam, Dodol, and Wajid.
The main dishes feature a tasteful curation of Nasi Hujan Panas, Kambing Masak Merah, Udang Sambal Petai, and a variety of vegetables, crafted by Chef Ahmad and his culinary team.
Adding excitement to the evening are live, themed warung stations featuring Roti Canai and Murtabak, Mee Kari and Bakso, Indo-Mee Goreng, mixed satay, Whole Lamb on the grill, Pasta selections, assorted gorengan, Rojak Buah, and Kurma.
To end on a sweet note, guests can indulge in a delightful assortment of traditional kuih-muih, Puddings, Desserts, Fresh Fruits, a Chocolate Fountain, Ice Cream, Cendol, and Ais Kacang, paired with refreshing beverages such as Teh Tarik, Milo Tarik, and chilled juices.
The Sajian Nusantara – Rasa Warisan Serantau experience is attractively priced, with offerings starting at RM148 nett per adult, RM88 nett for seniors (60 years and above), and RM88 nett for children (5–12 years).
Guests can enjoy an Early Bird Special at just RM118 nett per adult, available for purchase until 16 February 2026, and a Buy 3 Free 1 offer valid during the first week of buffet dates (23 February – 2 March 2026).
