Cafe Latte With Amazake
The Amazake White (Cafe Latte With Amazake) was my favourite - the creaminess of the latte combined with the sweetness of the Amazake made for a perfect balance of flavours. Highly recommend trying these out!
What Is Amazake?
Amazake is a traditional Japanese fermented rice drink that has been enjoyed in Japan for centuries and is known for its natural sweetness and health benefits. The fermentation process breaks down the rice into natural sugars and creates beneficial bacteria and enzymes that aid in digestion and promote overall health.
This sweet, non-alcoholic beverage is often used as a natural sweetener in Japanese desserts and drinks and is a popular health drink due to its low-fat content and high vitamins and minerals. Some even use it as a substitute for milk or cream in recipes!
