This festive season, celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with the debut of Yue restaurant's exclusive Mid-Autumn Festival sets at Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel.
Yue’s Chinese Cuisine Chef, Chef Lim Huang Hock or Chef Ben
Inspired by the beloved harvest festival, the dishes in this set feature a combination of unique and hearty flavours that are sure to please every palate. Curated by Yue’s Chinese Cuisine Chef, Chef Lim Huang Hock or Chef Ben, guests can expect to see traditional Chinese ingredients like sea cucumber, tiger grouper, and wolfberries, complemented by unconventional flavours like soybean crumbs and dried orange peel throughout the Mid-Autumn Festival Set. Yue Restaurant is offering two seven-course set menus featuring Chef Ben’s unique take on traditional Cantonese dishes, The Moon Blossom and The Blissful Harvest to commemorate the season of reunions.
Priced at RM198nett per person with a minimum order of two sets, The Moon Blossom Set presents distinctive dishes such as a Steamed Tiger Garoupa with Soybean Crumbs and Wolf Berries and Stewed Japanese Black Mushroom served with Sea Cucumber and Hong Kong Kai Lan.
Whereas, The Blissful Harvest Set is priced at RM 328nett per person with a minimum order of two sets and highlights unique flavours such as Steamed Cod Fish with Black Olive and Shredded Dried Orange Peel and Chilled Bird’s Nest served with Coconut Cream and Papaya. In true Mid-Autumn spirit, both sets include Yue’s classic baked mooncake.

Currently, he is the Chinese Cuisine Chef at Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel’s Yue Restaurant, his immense talent and expertise in demonstrating the authentic charm and elegance of Chinese culture and cuisine are illustrated throughout his many signature dishes.
