Apart from this, I also learned from Dr Lina Khaw that everyone will suffer from CATARACTS at some point in time - as it's part of ageing ie ageing of the eyes! To delay this kind of ageing, one must always protect our eyes from UV rays and the sun by wearing sunglasses when outside.
