The Club's very own resident Chef, Executive Sous Chef Richard Teh with 2 decades of culinary experience is all out to tempt you with the smell and taste of his fusion of Western and local cuisines to entice diners.

A Snippet of  Chef Richard Teh's Creations

Celebration of our diverse Malaysian flavours, the chef is excited to introduce his unique fusion of 'East Meets West' brand new a la carte menu. Showcasing over ten new dishes bringing out the best using the premium ingredients featuring sumptuous soup, appetizers, Asian cuisines, pasta, Surf & Turf dishes and desserts too.

Chef Richard starts the new menu with not one but two tummy-warming and soul-soothing soup - Cream Of Mushroom and followed Sup Ayam Berempah (Spicy Chicken Soup).

Cream Of Mushroom Soup
RM 20

You'll enjoy some classic slow-cooked creamy soup with mixed of fresh mushrooms in the Cream Of Mushroom Soup as the starter.

Sup Ayam Berempah
RM 22

Sup Ayam Berempah (Spicy Chicken Soup), on the other hand, offers a local delight of the classic Malaysian-style spicy chicken soup.

Melanzane
RM 25

Next from the Appetizer's Menu is the Melanzane, a classic vegetarian eggplant dish. If you'd like a non-meat option, the Melanzane makes a welcome appearance on the menu. Attention to detail sets the dish apart.

This is my first time having eggplant in this form - the layering of aubergine, tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese and baked to perfection.  I believe non-eggplant lovers might even enjoy eating Melanzane - Eggplant parmigiana timbale with classic tomato sauce topped with cheese.

Pan-Seared Scallop
RM 38

He moves on to serve Pan-Seared Scallop. Chef's classic take on this ocean-fresh dish with the perfect sear and fresh juiciness of the scallops paired wonderfully with Shimeji, Shiitake and button mushrooms - prove a winning combination resting on a bed of green peas puree for added flavour.

Sate Madura
RM 44

Moving to the next appetizer, we had Sate MaduraA classic East Javanese cuisine, Sate Madura features grilled and skewered marinated lamb meat served with rice cakes, raw onions, cucumbers and accompanied with peanut sauce.

Impressive dish indeed - The lamb meat was well-marinated, rich in taste and flavoured with fragrant herbs and spices resulting in a delicious and full-of-flavour tender lamb dish.

Cheese Wheel Pasta
RM 48

Next, full attention was given for the following dish from the Pasta & Risotto menu. Diners were treated to a 'LIVE STATION' presentation of the crowd favourite - Cheese Wheel Pasta. Pick your choice of sliced smoked beef or turkey, baby spinach with Parmesan cheese in cream sauce.

Cheese lovers will be delighted with one of the cheesiest pasta dishes ever invented. You get to decide how cheesy you like your pasta to be while witnessing it being 'cheese' in the cheese wheel.

Chef finishes off this super cheesy pasta dish with toppings of salmon fish roe, a sprinkle of dried parsley and drizzled with olive oil for added flavour.

Australian Beef Rib Eye Steak
RM 75

The star of 'From The Grill' menu was beefy-Licious Australian Beef Rib Eye Steak. The succulent premium beef served grilled vegetables was flame-licked to heavenly perfection and served with 5 selections of sauces for your liking.

You can either have mushroom sauce, creamy herb sauce, black pepper shallot sauce or roasted garlic sauce to go with your steak. A well-executed dish for the night!

Roasted Chicken Roulade
RM 38

If you like chicken, the Roasted Chicken Roulade would be a good option to try from the Surf & Turf Menu.

Roasted Chicken Roulade features roasted tender chicken thigh meat stuffed with mushroom and raisins, chunky potato, Mediterranean ratatouille with chicken au jus.

Beside Western cuisine, The Club also caters to Asian food lovers with famous Malaysian delights such as Ikan Bakar Kampung -Style, Oriental Lamb Shank and Biryani Chicken Tikka from the new Asian Flavours menu.

Oriental Lamb Shank
RM 58

Impressing us among the three local dishes was the Oriental Lamb Shank. Hearty dish indeed that was a melt-in-the-mouth experience that I credit to the New Zealand imported meat. Fork tender and extremely flavourful, the perfect flavour of the lamb shank was braised over long hours with chef's secret recipe with a mixture of local and western herbs and spices.

Finished with green curry sauce, mini eggplants, Borlotti beans and served with steamed rice round out the dish. Each bite of the juicy and tender lamb shank with the spiced gravy was a true gastronomic delight!

Ikan Bakar Kampung -Style
RM 35

For a healthier alternative, diners can choose to have fish for their mains. Fish lovers will especially enjoy the fresh and locally bred Barramundi from our local fish farm.

The Ikan Bakar Kampung -Style is a dish of spicy sambal baked with barramundi fillet in banana leaf, served with steamed rice, pickled vegetables and fish crackers.

Biryani Chicken Tikka
RM 32

Notably, they also serve the famous Biryani Chicken Tikka. Chef Richard's rendition of Biryani Chicken Tikka features chicken breast marinated with turmeric, cumin and bedded in Yoghurt 'Tikka" flavour serve with Biryani rice.

This hearty Northern Indian favourite will surely delight the Indian food lovers dining here.

Sizzling Hot Chocolate Brownies
RM 32

Dessert was simply tempting with - aptly named - Sizzling Hot Chocolate Brownies offered a good end to our meal.

The fudgy dark chocolate brownies are the ultimate dessert for any chocolate lover! Rich, fudgy, and so decadent;  matched delightfully with the unique signature home-made gelato and hot dulce sauce.

Sizzling Hot Chocolate Brownies

Served with caramelized bananas, it's totally indulgent sheer bliss to all chocolate lovers. Perfect for a light ending to our exclusive new menu dining at The Club, GTower Hotel Kuala Lumpur!
