Anchor Food Professionals, the food services arm of Fonterra Brands Malaysia will be launching the quintessential Travel Cake in time for the festive season from 1 December 2016. Celebrating the festive season and holidays with the all-new delightful Anchor Travel Cake series that will bound to delight your senses and tempt your taste buds, just perfect for the upcoming season of gifting and sharing.

Anchor Tinned Butter ~ Perfect For Travel Cakes
The Anchor Travel Cake Series are quintessential butter loaf cake made using Anchor Tinned Butter and is inspired by France's "gateaux de voyage", delicious speciality cakes made with high-quality butter brought on a journey from one place to another by travellers.
Chocolate Prune Travel Cake
Three variants of the Anchor Travel Cakes will be launched in 15 selected bakeries across the nation, and over 57 outlets starting from 1st December 2016. Cakes lovers can look forward to savouring the decadent Chocolate Prune Travel Cake - a mixture of pitted prune, apricots and dark chocolate chunks encased in a moist chocolate butter cake.

The Earl Grey Apricot Travel Cake - Earl Grey tea infused apricot in fragrant earl grey tea butter cake.
Look close enough you will notice the black specks of ground Earl Grey tea leaves with chunky pieces of dry apricot encased in the heavy and compact butter cake. I really enjoyed tasting it as I bite through the apricots and smell the fragrant Earl Grey tea sense while drinking my Earl Grey tea - the perfect combination for an excellent and wonderful tea time! 😍😍😍
