The highlight of the Iftar BBQ Buffet is Taka Tak which is well-known in Lahore, Pakistan; the birthplace of Chef Zahid Mahmood, their speciality Chef. Taka Tak is chicken and lamb minced with tomato, coriander leaves and spices. Best eaten with their freshly made Nan bread.

This one of the must-try in their buffet as many hotels or restaurants serve chicken or ayam goreng berempah rather than this specialty dish of quail or puyuh. The meat is tender, lean and real juicy, well marinated with spices and fresh herbs.
