Roses have always been associated with LOVE and for the ROSE PALETTE, a lighter rose colour had inspired Judith since for her, the sweet pale pink represented the motherly love. Each of the four different desserts have their own taste notes, but surrounding the Rose theme.
An impressive palette of desserts with 4 in 1 serving. It is recommended to eat the desserts in the following order because of the different taste notes.
You should first savour the refreshingly fragrant and light Rose Jelly, followed by the Rose Berry Pavlova which is a bit richer in term of flavour. Made of soft rose mousse and topped with tart berries therefore giving it a bit contrast in terms of flavour and taste.
Next, you should savour the chocolate cake as is richer with Valrhona chocolate with Salted Rose butter cream. Last but not least, take your time, to enjoy the Rose Truffles made from white chocolate with almond ginger and sea salt.

I really enjoy this special Mother's Day review session as it was an eye-opening experience for me. Knowing Judith as she relates her life story to us as a working mother, on how she started as a apprentice pastry chef to an Executive Pastry chef to where she is now... etc. Very enriching & inspiring listening to her!ReplyDelete
