Yong Tau Foo lovers will have a great tasting of a wide selection of fish paste stuffed delicacies - Ladies Fingers, Chilli, Brinjals, Tofu, Tofu Pok, Foo Chuk Rolls, Wanton, Sui Kau (Pork Dumplings) and Fish Balls among others.

A hidden gem that been around for more than 40 years, this hawker stall is a family-owned business passed down from generations to generations. I was told by the owner that the business has been slow or poor due to the COVID19 and his regular customers don't drop by very often nowadays. Rubbing salt to the wound ~ the authorities or DBKL has planned to develop the mini car park and all the stalls have to close or move away. So sad, right?

Priced affordably at RM 1.60 per pc, they are freshly made daily and comes with delicious fish broth that complements these Yong Tau Foo treats.

You will also love the signature Ampang Yong Tau Foo's brown coloured broth made from fish bones. It's a flavoursome broth - savoury with fishy flavour and best eaten together mixed with white rice, like practically just the soup with rice!    

My hubby and I just loved the fresh, tender and meaty, plus also the generous filling for each of them. Will definitely come back for more when in town again!
