LOCAL DELIGHTS
Lobster Cantonese Noodles
RM 44 Nett
Spot light of the day got to be this good value dish ~ Lobster Cantonese Noodles. Generous portion of deep fried flat rice noodles (Kuey Teow) topped with flavourful egg gravy of chicken, fish cakes and slipper lobster. With the a la carte price of RM 44 nett but now priced at RM 25 Nett for the Lunch Set, this is truly an excellent choice for you.
This is definitely the highlights of the Set Lunch Menu. Noodles lovers bound to enjoy and savour every spoonfuls of the thick and hearty gravy to the last drop. Diners will have a very filling and satisfying meal that's good value for money too!
Nasi Lemak Gunung Berapi
RM 29 Nett
I'm selfish when it comes to this dish.... I'm reluctant to share this dish! Why, because I'm a great fan of nasi lemak. Nasi lemak needs no introduction. It comes close to being Malaysia's national dish. Heaps of santan rice shaped to look like a volcano with lava (sambal) , hence the name 'Gunung Berapi' served with the regular condiments.
The rice is incredibly fragrant and probably generous of santan (coconut milk). Fluffy, warm, and grainy, it was the perfect base for their sambal which was served on a separate bowl with 2 huge prawns.
Sambal Lovers Will Happy With This Sambal & Prawns
The cut to bite-sized ayam goreng berempah was crispy and nicely seasoned. With a healthy helping of peanuts, hard-boiled egg tiny fried anchovies, acar, and fresh slices of cucumbers, it's no wonder this dish is another crowd's favourite too!
Hainanese Chicken Rice
RM 29 Nett
Next up, the Hainanese Chicken Rice is a delicious roasted chicken thigh roulade; well-seasoned, smooth and tender, bursting with savoury flavour upon each bite. Look good and smell good, goes hand in hand with the aromatic butter chicken rice, chicken broth and dipping sauces too.
Dipping Sauces ~ Soya, Ginger & Chillie
Penang Famous Char Kway Teow
RM 31 Nett
If rice does not appeal to you, then you might like to try this famous Penang dish ~ Penang Famous Char Kway Teow. The full of Wok-Hei flat rice noodles fried with cockles, chicken, prawns, fish cakes, together with bean sprouts, chives and chilli paste could just satisfy your cravings for the day.
Fried Noodles 'Mamak Style'
RM 34 Nett
You can try Fried Noodles 'Mamak Style' ~ This serving of fried yellow noodles with prawns, chicken, fish cakes, bean curd, tomatoes and potato shrimp fritters on the side is highly recommended by Ramona Zam Zam, Malaysian Popular Celebrity ( SPKL Food Festival Celebrity Cooking Champion).
WESTERN DELIGHTS
Homemade Classic Burger
(Chicken or Beef)
RM 34 Nett
A simple and good serving of Homemade Classic Burger. The classic burger is chef's recommendation of homemade succulent beef or chicken patty, grilled to perfection, topped with Portobello mushroom, grilled onions, gherkin in mayo, sunny side-up, and with either crispy beef bacon or chicken slice.
My Chicken Chop
RM 41 Nett
My Chicken Chop is not only a beauty for the eyes, it's also a heart-winning dish for its mesmerizing tastes. Choose between either deep-fried in breadcrumbs or grilled chicken thigh. Served with a side of salad, baked beans, fries, and a choice of mushroom ragout or black pepper sauce, I'd say the chicken chop is worth your go!
Spaghetti Aglio E Olio With Prawns
RM 32 Nett
A classic pasta dish that appeals to many. Spaghetti sauteed with garlic, chilli flakes and extra virgin olive oil with prawns. Expected a la dente cooked pasta topped with shredded cheese and rockets that'll bring you to aromatic haven.
I personally enjoyed the Spaghetti Aglio E Olio With Prawns as it had a nice spicy kick from the chilli flakes with each strand of the noodles lavishly coated with olive oil and garlic. A point to note, if you can't take the heat, you may want to ask them to tone down the spiciness.
