Oriental Group of Restaurants is proud to announce the return of its highly anticipated annual Grand Banquet Series, scheduled to take place this August and September at 12 of its establishments. This year’s theme, “The Tradition of Liquors in Chinese Cuisine”, pays homage to the rich cultural and culinary legacy of pairing and infusing a variety of liquors into gourmet creations.

This exclusively curated menu artfully showcases how liquors elevate flavours and textures, while honouring age-old culinary techniques. Highlights include the 8-year-old Shao Hsing wine steamed with a wild-caught Sultan Fish, an XO cognac-infused Treasure Duck, and the versatile culinary usage of rose-flowered baijiu, Japanese plum wine, sake, and whiskey in a large variety of dishes masterfully crafted by Oriental Group’s team of chefs. This tradition of liquor is not just a celebration of the rich heritage of Chinese gastronomy, but also the intricate harmony between food and spirit.
