Hokkien Prawn Mee

A savoury noodle dish featuring succulent prawns in a rich prawn broth served with yellow noodles or rice vermicelli and topped with boiled egg, bean sprouts, kangkung, and crispy shallots. Served with sambal chili for extra heat.

Penang Assam Laksa

Thick rice noodles in a sour and spicy fish broth, topped with shredded mackerel and ginger flower, for a burst of authentic Penang flavours.

Rosy Nyor Float

A luscious rose-flavoured drink infused with creamy coconut milk, topped with a delightful scoop of coconut ice cream.

The new limited-time dishes will also be accompanied by other local favourites such as Pasembur, a hearty mix of vegetables, seafood, and fritters; Penang Rojak, a tangy fruit and vegetable salad; Penang Assam Laksa, a zesty and spicy noodle soup; and Sago Cendol, a refreshing dessert with pandan-flavored rice flour jelly topped with sweet palm sugar syrup.
