Mardhiyyah Hotel & Suites welcomes guests once more to savour a delectable iftar feast. Under the theme "Flavors Destination," enjoy a culinary journey featuring a selection of international dishes and authentic traditional Malay favourites.

Feast on over 50 selections of “Destinasi Rasa” menus, including special buffet highlights like Smoke Hickory Roasted Whole Lamb, Tulang Merah Singapore Roti Paun, Bubur Lambuk Daging Rusa, and Gulai Lemak Padang Urat Keting. 

From appetizers to dessert, guests can indulge in Biryani Kambing Johore, Stir Fried Szechuan Chicken with Dry Chilli, Braised Australian Lamb Kuzi, Arabian Chicken Kabsah with Salatahara, Gulai Cumi Pedas Padang, Chinese Style steamed Tofu with Crispy Dry Shrimp & Garlic and many more!

Ayam Masak Madu

The menu also features Nasi Kandar, Kari Ikan Tenggiri, Ayam Masak Madu, Daging Hitam Manis, Ketam Goreng Berempah, Penang Asam Laksa, Nyonya Curry Laksa, Sup Pekat Tulang Kambing Berempah and Sup Ayam Kampung Berempah.

Smoke Hickory Roasted Whole Lamb

Expect a lavish buffet with international and traditional Malay dishes such as Smoke Hickory Roasted Whole Lamb, Assorted Pasta, Hot Pizza, Dim Sum and Pau, Selera Sakura, and Ayam Percik Pantai Timur. Varieties of selection of Kawah-Kawah station including Daging Tetel Bersama Umbut Kelapa and Lemak Cili Padi Itik Bersama Rebung. Kawah-Kawah station is a must-try!

Also served is the Bazaar Hot Selling menu, Roti John Briyani Ayam, Pratha, Murtabak Ayam, Satay Ayam, and Satay Daging, which are everyone’s favorite.

Finally, for the sweet selections, diners can indulge in Ais Kacang, Bubur Gandum Pandan Gula Anau, Sago Gula Melaka, Red Velvet, Marble Cheese Cake, Pandan Tiramisu, Carrot Cake, Kuih Seri Muka, Kuih Koley Kacang, Kuih Talam Pandan, Bread & Butter Pudding, Chocolate Fountain with Fruits Skewer that surely will complement the iftar buffet journey.

The Private Function Buffet is also available at RM 120nett per person for those who plan iftar in a private group. Apart from that, Guests may perform Maghrib, Isyak, Tarawih, and Subuh prayers led by the imam at Surau Al Latifah at Level 4.
