During the Chinese New Year holidays, I was here with my daughter to fix her craving for her love of Nasi Lemak ever since she has been working overseas in Hong Kong. She had her version of Nasi Lemak in Hong Kong with rendang and it costs her HKD 140 which equals to RM 75!

NASI LEMAK PANAS YATIE / PAK CU 916

Nothing quite warms the heart and fills the stomach than a good meal of warm and fragrant coconut rice - Nasi Lemak with all the trimmings. One of my must-have spicy 'cheat' dishes has to be Nasi Lemak which has too much of a good thing in it!
Yatie's Nasi Lemak
RM 5.50

I loved Yatie's Nasi Lemak simply for its Sambal Pedas that packs a punch with a smoky sotong flavours. What's best is that you get to choose your favourite part of the crispy fried chicken and I always opt for the meatier part of the breast meat or ribs portion.
Juicy Freshly Fried Chicken

Sometimes I would just go for the Nasi Lemak biasa but this tempting-looking big platter of freshly deep-fried crispy chicken is very hard to resist! You can opt for Boiled Egg (Telur Rebus) Or Fried Egg (Telur Goreng) to go with your Nasi Lemak.
For RM 5.50 only, you get a piping hot and fragrant steamed rice ~ Nasi Lemak, with freshly fried Ayam Goreng served with their signature Spicy Sambal, anchovies (ikan bilis) and peanuts. Oh yes, be ready to queue during their peak hours ya!
NASI LEMAK PANAS YATIE, the perfect place for late-night dining opens from 6pm till 5am but they stopped frying or serving the Ayam Goreng from 3am onwards. The medan selera at Jalan 223 is known to attract people to dine in for dinner and supper and usually get crowded late at night and on weekends.

If you're looking for a delicious and satisfying Malaysian supper, this is a nice place to chill and have a good supper!
