We enjoyed the core offerings, with the signature dish being their clear soup base made with "𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐮 𝐘𝐞𝐞" (左口鱼, 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐚𝐬 𝐙𝐮𝐨 𝐊𝐨𝐮 𝐘𝐮 𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡/𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫), a type of flatfish commonly used in Cantonese and Malaysian cuisine, particularly in fish head soup noodles for a clean, umami-rich broth!
