The "Dine Now, Home Later" Special
This promotion is easily one of the most affordable and best-value dinner options I’ve come across in the city. Executive Chef Thye Yoon Kong, a true master of Cantonese cuisine, has curated an impressive full-course menu that feels both premium and nostalgic.

Starters With Dim Sum
The Three Main Dishes
A Feast of Flavours: The Menu Highlights
The set features a comprehensive spread including four dim sum starters, a nutritious soup, three main dishes, and a refreshing dessert. Here is what stood out during my meal:
Steamed Shrimp & Chive Dumplings
Steamed Beancurd Rolls With Oyster Sauce
Deep Fried Prawn Dumplings With Mayonnaise
Deep-Fried Yam Puffs
Marvelous Dim Sum: The journey starts with Four Types of Steamed & Deep-Fried Dim Sum, including Steamed Shrimp & Chive Dumplings and Deep-Fried Yam Puffs. The selections were simply marvelous.
Double-Boiled Black Chicken Soup
Tummy-Soothing Soup: The Double-Boiled Black Chicken Soup is highly nutritious, featuring cordyceps flowers and sun-dried scallops—perfect for a healthy boost.
Crowd's Favourite: Black Vinegar-Glazed Pork Ribs
Addictive Pork Ribs: The Black Vinegar-Glazed Pork Ribs were a total highlight—sweet, tangy, and completely addictive.
Hearty Mains: We enjoyed the Assorted Vegetables & Mushrooms with Preserved Bean Curd in Clay Pot, followed by Lai Ching Yuen’s Special Fried Crispy Noodles loaded with chicken, prawns, squid, and vegetables.
Chilled Fresh Mango Puree with Sago
Sweet Ending: We finished with a chilled Fresh Mango Puree with Sago, accompanied by traditional Chinese Tea.
