Operational Resilience and Strategic Growth

The “CUCKOO Smart Healthy Home Co-Created Programme with Samsung” is part of the “CUCKOO Co-Created” business segment. This business segment features a diverse range of home appliances and household goods offered through strategic partnerships with LSK, OGAWA Malaysia, and Fujiaire.

The announcement of this refreshed line is set to build on the momentum of CUCKOO Malaysia’s recent unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2025 (“Q4FYE2025”). In this period, the Company demonstrated significant operational resilience, with PAT recovering by 171.0% quarter-on-quarter to RM36.5million, driven primarily by stronger margins and improved credit management strategies. This strong finish culminates in a steady full-year performance for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (“FYE2025”), with a total revenue of RM1.1 billion and a PAT of RM105.2 million.

The CUCKOO Co-Created business segment remains a vital growth engine, contributing RM221.1 million (20.1%) to the total revenue in FYE2025. This momentum was sustained, following its previous contribution of 20.2% to total revenue in its financial year ended 31 December 2024 (“FYE2024”). The consistent performance validates the success of the Company’s proven rental-led business model in delivering stable earnings while meeting growing consumer demand for affordable, high-quality home wellness solutions.
