For fans of pigskin, this appetiser is a must-try. Chicharron (RM20) is an addictive and sinful dish for the cholesterol watcher. I was told that the chef dry-cured the pigskin for 48 hours before deep-frying till it was super crisp.
Deep-fried wonder was a hit with everyone at the table. Spot on for the crunchy pork skin, so sinful yet so tempting and delicious. Flavourful, well-marinated and super crispy too, a great start to prepare your tummy for more pork dishes. When paired with a cold beer, this is a great bite!
Moving on next to one of Chef's fancier snacks are the Bacon Wrapped In Chicken Lollipop and Bacon Cones.

Simply crazy and addictive, I guess only a bacon-lover can come out with such a wonderful idea, that is to incorporate the tasty bacon with the chicken drummettes. Addictive appetizer to eat here!

Chef Timothy's love affair with the pork is evident in every bite of the chops. The pork shoulder (approximately 250 g) was extremely tender and was cooked just right to perfection. Brined for 48 hours, before pan-fried, giving rise to the succulent, juicy meat.
Presented with a juicy chop sitting on a bed of truffle mash with broccoli, romesco, herb butter and gravy on the sides. Scoring high with everyone at the dinner table, I would have loved to hog this whole plate to myself, truly a good crowd-pleaser! It's pure BABI NIRVANA for me!
For an absolute indulgence of finger-licking good pork dish, one simply must order these BBQ Ribs (RM65). The pork ribs turn out to be soft and good to munch - a result of rich marination, coated with a thin layer of delectable sauce.
Char-grilled to perfection with house-made unique Piggy sauce which utilizes the best cut from the ribs, was succulent and juicy fork-tenderness. The mouthwatering pork ribs are served with your choice of sauce: Garlic BBQ, Sweet Guinness, BBQ, or Black Pepper with fries, coleslaw and cornbread on the side.
