Oyster Sauce Sang Ken
My personal favourite has to be their Steamed Siew Mai With Dang Gui. It tasted really good upon first bite, fresh and meaty with a hint of the Chinese fragrant herb, Dang Gui or Dong Quai. The pairing is unforgettable!
Foo Chuk Bamboo Roll
From the steamed variety, the Foo Chuk Bamboo Roll and the Steamed Pork Ribs are quite appetising that warrants a second order from my hubby and son.
Steamed BBQ Bun
Steamed Golden Bun
Foo Hou's Steamed BBQ Bun and Steamed Golden Bun are also other good choices if you enjoyed eating buns.
The Juicy Filling Of The Char Siew
Steamed Golden Bun
Salted Egg Yolk Custard Flowing Like A Molten Lava
A crowd-pleaser, Steamed Golden Bun always stood out among the rest with its molten lava salted egg yolk custard elevated the taste of the bun, making it more appetising while the Steamed BBQ Bun looks rather different from the usual or regular pleated Pao-shaped but nevertheless the juicy filling of the savoury Char Siew makes the bun incredibly satisfying.
Steamed Layer Cake with Black Sesame
Another must-try has to be the Steamed Layer Cake with Black Sesame. I also enjoyed the soft and fluffy texture which was not too sweet too. This went very well hand-in-hand with my cup of Cham, a strong concoction of local coffee with tea.

Fried Raddish Cake
Moving on, we tried some of their Deep-Fried Dim Sum and ordered Deep-Fried Shrimp Rolls and Fried Raddish Cake. I enjoyed those sinful but delicious Deep-Fried Shrimp Rolls; really nice to eat and such an addictive kind of dim sum which you can't stop eating.
Deep-Fried Shrimp Rolls ~ Deep-fried to a perfect crisp on the outside with juicy and succulent fresh prawns within and there was a delightful crunch when savouring the meat.
