We thoroughly enjoyed their mouthwatering speciality Chinese dishes and dim-sums during our first visit to Social Place.
Oh yes, look out for the unique-looking cutlery with cute little ants! Don't be fooled by these plates when served to you by the wait staff and ask them to replace the plates as they have insects on them!

They are well-marinated with fresh spices, totally flavourful, juicy and tender upon the first bite. Heard that they have received countless awards, must-order “Chinese famous dish” loved by customers from all over the world!
Giant Grouper Claypot Rice
Giant Grouper Claypot Rice ~ Nothing is more reassuring than the sound of a pot sizzling with delicate pieces of fresh Giant Grouper fillets resting on top of the warm, fluffy rice and a delectable sauce. Each bite was divine, especially when mixed with the sweet soy sauce provided on the side.
You can choose from 3 selections of Clay Pot Rice namely the Giant Grouper Cly Pot Rice, Salted Chicken & Pickled Young Ginger Clay Pot Rice or Preserved meat Clay Pot Rice. I opted for a healthier choice to have some rice with steamed fresh fish!
Sesame Pork Dumplings (8 pcs)
These mouthwatering Sesame Pork Dumplings were served with aromatic sesame sauce, lightly drizzle with crushed peanuts & scallions and were filled with juicy, finely ground pork that had been beautifully folded in wonton skins.
The Charcoal Custard Buns look pretty amazing - completely black with gold brushed over the tops and tasted even better. Made from healthy charcoal flour with a filling of high-quality egg yolk for these delicious melt-in-the-mouth custard buns!
The dim sums are not just looking but are pleasing to the palate. Soft and fluffy steamed charcoal buns are filled with savoury and sweet molten lava salted egg yolks custard filling that will gush out as soon as you take the first bite!
