Feast like a king this Christmas and New Year season as a variety of delightful traditional favourites take centre stage at The RITZ-CARLTON Kuala Lumpur. Throughout the festive month until Jan 1, chefs at The RITZ-CARLTON Kuala Lumpur will be cooking up a storm to fill up the chafing dishes with an enticing buffet spread of traditional Western favourites.

   Roasted Whole Turkey With Accompaniments

There will be an interesting meal with a variety of turkey, beef, lamb, chicken and seafood dishes to satisfy the cravings of meat lovers. The mastermind behind the delectable festive-themed buffet spread is Executive Chef Zaffar Samad and Head Pastry Chef Nazeri Ismail both leading the Ritz-Carlton team.

Starting on first with the meat dishes, the chefs whipped out up a sumptuous Roasted Whole Turkey,  Roasted Prime Ribs, and Beef Wellington With Accompaniments.

Helming the pastry section for the festive dessert, Head Pastry Chef Nazeri Ismail did a fascinating job with his impressive display of  🎄🎄 Valrhona Chocolate Christmas Tree 🎄🎄 which took him many hours to make. It was too pretty to eat and in fact, everyone did not have the heart to cut or eat from the chocolate Christmas tree on display during the tasting session.

Checking out the details on each level of the 🎄🎄 Valrhona Chocolate Christmas Tree 🎄🎄 prettily decorated with gingerbread man, candies cane sand sweets too.
