Often refer either to the Northern or Southern Indian cuisine, dishes from this tropical gem are rich and aromatic with the blend of spices celebrating the community's rich heritage and culinary. With this in mind, it was with great anticipation that I welcomed the opportunity to have a tantalising delicious affair with celebrity Chef Sapna Anand at GOA By Hubba. This restaurant is located at the prestigious Ascott Kuala Lumpur, right in the heart of the Golden Triangle.

The Malaysia International Gastronomy Festival is back and will take place from the 1st to 30th September 2018. Throughout the Food Festival month, Malaysia’s premier league of dining venues will serve special Festival Menus at special Festival prices.

Adding to this will also be a host of Festival Offers that are sure to elevate each dining experience. The theme for this year’s festival is ‘Muhibah Chefs! Good Food Brings Us Together’. There is no such thing as too many chefs spoiling the broth when it comes to MIGF.

I had a date with Chef Gary Chang and French Chef Raphaël at Champignons at Oasis Square for a French a-fare two weeks ago. This exciting 'French Gastronomic Journey with Champignons' is a collaboration between two internationally recognized chef - The Ritz Carlton, Macau Chef de Cuisine Raphaël Kinimo and Champignons' Head Chef Gary Chang who last served as an Executive Sous Chef in Macau.

There are plenty of surprises in the Klang Valley when it comes to street food and my latest discovery was this noodle stall in Sungei Wang Plaza Food Court or Hawker Centre at 4th Floor. Located in Jalan Bukit Bintang, the Sungei Wang Plaza Food Court used to be a popular lunch spot amongst locals due to its variety and affordability.
