I was told that Hotel Istana’s Executive Chef, Al Fitri Al Bakri took months to perfect his masterpiece which requires 10 hours of preparation to execute this marvellous prize dish!
Even non-beef lovers like me fell in love with it upon the first bite - juicy and tender, fork-tender together with the smokey flavours, I went for seconds and thirds servings, just eating the delicious smoked beef during the sneak preview on Christmas Eve Buffet dinner dishes!
