As seafood dining is an experience itself, creative and passionate owner, Simon Ho thought of new exciting ways to treat his customers to enjoy seafood which his restaurant is famous for.

Be greeted by this impressive water feature upon entering the restaurant. Besides adding an eye-catching landscape to the place, its soothing sound of running water can help customers to completely chill and relax while dining here.
Newly refurbished and looking spanking clean with comfortable dining, the restaurant is going big on flavour with its new glorious seafood menu bringing the best catch from the sea to the dining table to tease your palate.
An Ocean Of Delights
The new promotion menu features an impressive selection of crustacean and seafood ranging from Fresh Live Crabs, Sang Har (large-sized fresh water prawns), Tiger Prawn, Yabbie (crayfish), Bamboo Clam, Baby Octopus, Mussels, Golden Scallops, Sting Ray, Siakap Slice, Kappa, Flower Snail, and Abalone Slice.
Patrons will get to choose from 5 types of sauces for your seafood with your choice of cooking sauces, starting from Flaming Pronto, Cheese Mozzarella, Kam Heong, Sweet, Sour & Spicy and lastly Thai Hot Sauce to complete the menu.
There are four Set Menu to pick from as low as ...
- RM 98 (Set A) serving 2-3 pax
- RM 168 (Set B) serving 3-4 pax
- RM 288 (Set C) for 5-6 pax
- The scrumptious Jumbo Set - RM 368 (Set D) which is good for 7-8 pax big group dining.
Each serving of the set is cooked with potato, brinjal, cabbage and long beans, accompanied by French bread too. Complimentary 1 jar of soft drinks will be given for the order Set A & B while 2 jars for Set C & D.
I was served 5 varieties at one-go in the tasting session, but I shall review them in the order of the BEST to the LEAST FAVOURITE based on my personal preference and taste. Here goes .....
FLAMING PRONTO
Set D (7 to 8 pax)

Top in my list and my personal favourite is Flaming Pronto, a unique sauce concocted by their experience Head Chef Simon with a strong robust flavour enhanced with whisky for the added taste. I don't think you can get this taste anywhere else as it's a house made sauce made from scratch, perfected through trials and errors, which is unique to the restaurant.
The Jumbo Set D is priced at RM 368 is perfect for sharing between 7 to 8 pax. Seafood lovers can take delight in this a selection of 12 types of fresh seafood consisting of Fresh Live Crab, Fresh Water Prawn, Tiger Prawn, Bamboo clam, Baby Octopus, Stingray, Yabbie, Siakap slice, Kappa, Mussels, White Scallop, and Abalone slice.
Flambe Seafood Dish
Feast your eyes with the sight of the exciting presentation of the special Flaming Pronto dish. Impressive display where whisky is pour into the dish - set them alight with a blowtorch - flambe them for a few seconds or so!
Sinful Pleasures With These Fresh & Succulent Fresh Water Prawn
Dig into the lip-smacking seafood with your bare hands with no cutlery or plates available while you feast on the plethora of seafood fare all laid out on the special waxed paper.
CHEESY MOZZARELLA

My next flavour ranking 2nd best is Cheesy Mozzarella. The seafood is cooked in a creamy cheesy sauce before being baked with a generous topping of mozzarella cheese for the pulling effects. Cheese lovers would be in seventh heaven tasting and digging their hands savouring this platter of mouth-watering cheese dish.
The Set B is priced at RM 168 is good for sharing between 3 to 4 pax. Indulge in seafood satisfaction of 7 types of fresh seafood consisting of Fresh Live Crab or 2 pieces of Fresh Water Prawn, Tiger Prawn, Bamboo clam, Baby Octopus, Yabbie, Mussels and Golden Scallop.
Note: For the tasting session in this dish, the chef had added an extra fresh live crab.
Perfect Shot Of The Cheese Pull
Here's my stylized shot of perfectly-congealed cheese strands that stretch seductively from the freshwater prawn as it’s lifted from the dish.
The cheese pull can easily set off a craving simply by showing off the gooey, steamy slice. Remember to eat this seafood cheese dish while it's still warm.
KAM HEONG

Moving on, Kam Heong style is another popular sauce to cook with seafood especially crabs. With the word “Kam Heong” literally means Golden Fragrance, it really does light up the smelling senses and tastes great. You can smell the aromatic fragrant from the key ingredients - curry leaves, curry powder, dried shrimps, shallots, garlic, and chillies.

SWEET, SOUR & SPICY

Next, here's the Sweet, Sour & Spicy style sauce, a classic in Chinese restaurants and always a constant favourite in any meat or seafood dishes. Chef Simon did a great-tasting sauce coating each morsel of the seafood with a good mixed of hot, sweet, and tangy bursting with flavours. Some may find it too spicy but you can always request the chef to tone down the spiciness to suit your palate.

Thai Hot Sauce

Last but not least, Thai Hot Sauce is my least favourite, this is probably due to the fact that the rest of the sauces offered have superseded it in terms of flavour and taste. It's a mild and light in taste, sweet but not spicy or hot enough for me.
