Undoubtedly, this eatery gets many positive reviews on Google, but for us, it was a mix of hits and misses.

Curry Claypot Tioman Fish Fillet and Sizzling Petai Prawns stood out. Both were flavorful and lived up to their reputation.

Thai-style steamed Lala was overly sour. In hindsight, we should’ve opted for the garlic-steamed style instead.

Sweet & Sour Pork was disappointing—the coating was too thick and lacked crispiness, while the sauce wasn’t flavorful enough.
Total Bill for 5 pax
RM 190.05
They charge RM 2.80 for one bowl of rice, RM 4.80 for tea per pot, and an additional 80 cents per diner.
While some dishes didn’t meet our expectations, Mei Wei Little Kitchen offers a good selection of home-style dishes worth trying. Perhaps we’ll give other items a shot next time!
