You will be delighted with the unique dessert; each layer has its own characteristics – the top milk skin is fragrant and sweet, and the second layer is a tender and smooth milk pudding.

With the melt-the-mouth texture, this is one dessert that will leave you wanting more! Available in both chilled and warm, I highly recommend going for the warm one as the flavour is more intense when served warm.

Apart from the famous Steamed Milk Pudding, Yee Shun Milk Company also offers the Cha Chaan Teng menu, savoury dishes such as assorted Sandwiches, and Toast Pork Chop Bun, but for me, just opt for the Milk Puddings, which are the main star of the show here.
