Dim Sum Experience At
煌府婚宴 The Palace Restaurant In Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong
Day Out at 尖沙咀 Tsim Sha Tsui, one of the bustling major tourist and shopping areas of Hong Kong. Being in a city famous for its dim sum cuisine, my daughter and I decided to go 'Yam Cha' at one of the local favourite dim sum restaurants at 煌府婚宴 The Palace Restaurant located in Silvercord Shopping Mall in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Hong Kong's Dim Sum offerings differ from those offered in Malaysia because Hongkongers love their rice and noodles, and their Dim Sun Menu, of course, will include a variety of Noodles and Rice dishes as well.
Rice With Crispy Pork Belly
HK$ 48
Fresh Beancurd Skin Roll In Soup
HK$ 38
A must-order dim sum if you're a great fan of herbal soup - This dish comes with 3 pieces of Beancurd Skin Rolls with Minced Pork and Prawns. The soup was a bomb, very fragrant with Chinese herbs, while the skin of the roll soaked up the flavours. I had the soup with my white rice too.
Steamed Dumplings With Shrimp & Vegetables
HK$ 38
Steamed BBQ Pork Bun With Oyster Sauce
HK$ 32
My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the Char Siew Pau since the filling with the pork and sauce was savoury, and the pau was soft and fluffy.
Deep Fried Fresh Shrimp Dumplings With Thousand Island Sauce
HK$ 38
Oh yes, there's a surcharge of HK$ 15 per head for Chinese Tea while dining in the restaurant for meals.
Total Bill For Our Lunch
HK$ 246
Dim sum is all about sharing, so going with a big group is a great way to try a range of dishes. Head to The Palace Restaurant if you’re looking for a no-frills, real-deal local dim sum experience in Hong Kong.
