As revellers start to dress in red and fireworks dazzle the night sky, their team of chefs and associates have curated an array of seasonal delicacies and gifts.

Cantonese cuisine is undeniably one of the world's most renowned cuisines. At Yue, Chef Lim Huang Hock honours traditional cooking techniques and ingredients used for generations. In the spirit of Chinese New Year, Yue's Lunar Set Menus express the soul of Cantonese heritage, with nourishing soups, premium seafood dishes, stir-fries, and delicate desserts.

The Link Café promises an exciting degustation afternoon tea experience with their Oriental Afternoon Affair. In a true degustation style, the afternoon tea set comprises of 3-courses, Savoury, Sweet and Scones. Featuring an exquisite ensemble of Chinese-inspired sweets and savouries, such as their Signature Pineapple Tart and flaky Swan Puffs filled with Barbecued Chicken.
