Auntie Lilly's always looking out to search for great tasting - great value steamed fish in town and I just discovered another gem of great-tasting steamed fish head, located at Taman Esplanad, Bukit Jalil. Their steamed fish head dishes are cooked in various styles using fresh Carp Fish aka 'Soong Yee'.

Choose from Bentong Ginger sauce, Traditional sauce, Nyonya sauce & also my favourite which is 'Cheong Ching sauce (Minced Bean sauce) to appeal to a variety of palates - flavourful enough without overpowering the fish's freshness! 

The sauce is deliciously thick, while the taste is sweet, spicy & savoury complementing the fish's freshness. Best of all, it's affordably priced at RM 30 (Small) & RM35 (Big).
